1. The SMINDER Quality Assurance Commitment SMINDER is not just a brand; it is a standard of automotive perfection. We construct our towels utilizing an ultra-plush 1200 GSM density and an edgeless, ultrasonic-cut design to ensure maximum durability and a 100% scratch-free finish. Our Premium Care & Warranty Policy outlines our guarantee against manufacturing defects and provides the exact care instructions required to maintain the longevity of your investment.

2. What Our Warranty Covers We provide a limited warranty covering clear manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal, professional detailing use. This covers:

• Unraveling of the edgeless borders upon arrival or after the first gentle wash.
• Defective microfiber loops or bald spots in the towel out of the box.
• Severe color bleeding or dye transfer during the initial use, provided the towel was washed according to our strict guidelines. If a product is found defective upon arrival, SMINDER will replace the item at absolutely no cost to you.

3. What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover Microfiber is a highly advanced synthetic material that requires specific maintenance. Our warranty strictly DOES NOT cover damage caused by improper washing, drying, or user negligence. Your warranty is immediately voided if the towel is subjected to:

• Fabric Softeners and Bleach: The use of fabric softeners clogs the microscopic pores of the towel, permanently destroying its absorbency.
• High-Heat Drying: Tumble drying on high heat melts the synthetic polyester/polyamide blend, turning the plush fibers into hard, scratchy plastic that will damage car paint.
• Chemical Abuse: Leaving the towels soaked in heavy degreasers, wheel acids, or hardened ceramic coatings without immediately washing them.
• Cross-Contamination: Washing SMINDER towels with standard cotton rags, which embeds abrasive lint into the microfiber.

4. Official Care Instructions for Longevity To ensure your SMINDER towels last for hundreds of wash cycles (up to 2-3 years of professional use), you must adhere to the following protocol:

• Wash only with cold or lukewarm water.
• Use a dedicated, clean-rinsing microfiber liquid detergent (no powder detergents).
• Wash separately from all other laundry and fabric types.
• Air dry by hanging, or tumble dry on the absolute lowest heat or “air fluff” setting available.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim If you believe your SMINDER product suffers from a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at contact@sminder.store. You must provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and clear, high-resolution photographs of the issue. Our quality control engineers will review your claim within 48 hours and provide a swift resolution.
